Seamus is the eleventh character in Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff, and he is the on-off friend of Peter Quagmire, Joe, and Cleveland. He, like Joe, is paralyzed without his wooden limbs, except Joe has a wheelchair. He is locked until you reached Pirate's Cove (District 5) and can be found in the Lighthouse. He is voiced by Seth MacFarlane.
