- Prior to appearing in the game, he recorded some lines for the Season 13 episode "Once Bitten". Unfortunately, his lines were cut out as per the episode's audio commentary found on the Season 13 DVD.
- FOX may have put Cesar into the game as an apology for not putting him properly in the show, and his lines may have been recycled as sounds for him to use.
